Digital delivery & pricing

What we deliver

Edited video files in the count, duration, resolution and format agreed in your quote. Typical deliverables are MP4 files for vertical Reels/TikTok and YouTube videos. We will confirm compatibility and any specific requirements before accepting your order.

Hourly editing in GBP

Editing is charged at £45 GBP per hour with a minimum charge of £45 GBP for the first hour per project. This is not an additional start-up fee. After the first hour, time is charged proportionately rather than automatically rounded to a whole hour. We record the time worked. Video duration, the volume of source footage, complexity, captions, graphics, audio and revisions affect the hours needed.

Before you commit, we provide a written estimate of hours, total charges including any applicable taxes, separately approved asset costs, deliverables, delivery dates, payment milestones and a spending limit. We obtain your approval before exceeding that limit. Unused estimated time is not automatically charged beyond the agreed minimum. There is no recurring billing. Asking for a quote is free.

Service planning examples

At £45 GBP per editing hour, examples are: one social video, 1–2 hours (£45–£90); YouTube, 4–6 hours (£180–£270); a brand promo, 5–8 hours (£225–£360); five clips from a long recording, 4–7 hours (£180–£315). These editing subtotals are planning guides before applicable taxes or approved external costs, not fixed offers. Scope and complexity can change the hours. Completion targets shown with the services are proposed guides and must be confirmed against availability and feedback timing.

Priority / rush delivery

Requested delivery windows are measured in calendar days from the date of the enquiry. Editing labour carries a proposed urgency surcharge of 100% for today or tomorrow, 75% within two days, 50% within three days and 25% within four days. Five or more days, or flexible timing, uses the standard rate. Surcharges do not apply to third-party asset costs. The calculator provides a planning range, not a fixed offer. We review the footage, confirm the final price including applicable taxes, availability and the exact deadline before booking. Selecting a date alone does not reserve it. No priority fee is charged for a request we do not accept. If an agreed priority deadline is missed for reasons within our control, the priority surcharge is refunded without limiting other contractual or statutory remedies.

Delivery method and timeframe

Files are delivered through an agreed download or file-transfer link sent by email. There is no physical shipping or shipping charge. Your written agreement states the first-cut date, revision process and final-delivery target before payment. We cannot promise a universal turnaround without reviewing your footage. Changes to scope, missing assets or delayed feedback may require an agreed timetable adjustment.

Access and revisions

We confirm the link availability window and any storage or archive arrangement in writing. Download and back up final files within that period. Revision work is billable editing time and is allowed for in the estimate. The quote specifies the review rounds and hours budgeted. Extra rounds or a new direction require prior approval before the agreed spending limit is exceeded. Corrections required to remedy our failure to meet the agreed contract or statutory obligations are not charged as optional extras.

Availability and restrictions

Work is delivered remotely, subject to applicable law, sanctions, payment availability and third-party footage or music licence restrictions. Any project-specific limitation will be stated before acceptance. Physical returns do not apply. See our refund and cancellation policy for digital service remedies.
